Booking and documents

Customers must provide the identification and driving documents required for the selected vehicle. A booking is subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by ScootGreen Rentals.

Vehicle use

The rider is responsible for using the vehicle safely, following applicable traffic laws and returning it in the agreed condition and at the agreed time.

Payments

Rental charges, deposits and any outstanding amount must be paid according to the confirmed booking details.

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation, a cancellation fee of ₹300 per vehicle will be deducted from the booking amount. The remaining balance will be refunded to the customer within 7 working days.
